"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"For initial appointment to show him the work, he did not show up. He apologized and rescheduled, and was very responsive after, by both phone and text. He's a pleasant man who has a lot of folks working for him. Overall he was fair: provided receipts for all materials purchases and charged exact materials costs, and charged for labor at a daily rate (units of whole days) for the work. Where he saw various options (at a variety of levels of quality and/or cost) he brought them up and discussed them to make sure that we were moving forward as I preferred. When I had questions about the quality of a piece of work he was happy to discuss and have it corrected. All debris from the job was left on-site, and he offered to remove for the split cost of a dumpster at an extra fee - be sure to discuss this in advance. When there was debris left in the garage from the work, his guys used our lawn bags to pack it away instead of either bringing their own trash bags or asking for some. Communication could have been a bit improved between his workers and us as the job was completed: discussing the trash and debris management, letting us know when work was done and they were leaving for the day (especially when I was on-site specifically during the work, only to realize they'd left and never let me know). I suggest customers be proactive re: communication, but he's very affordable if you are project managing your own job."
