He was very upfront and transparent about what he was doing and finding in the system, and patiently went through each part of the irrigation system until we had determined the problem. Including digging around looking for the extra valve box, and tracing back what equated to colorful wire spaghetti back to the control box. Ultimately Mr. Federico was able to diagnose the wiring fault and repair it. He stayed to verify that every zone worked, and also moved a sprinkler head to help assist with a concurrent patio installation.
