"I hired them to do an appraisal on my home I have to say they were very professional down to earth no pressure no pain I believe they truly care about the homeowner and the situation that they’re going through I highly recommend them I have had multiple agencies contacting me where they just call my cell phone four times in a row I don’t answer my phone so it feels like harassment and stockingThat’s no way to do business. "Nothing but bad to say, he took 3 weeks to write up an appraisal and appraised it as a single family with in law when we have legal prove from building department, assessors department, and the town records basically saying itâ s a two family and he still chose to do the opposite. Ruining our deal and basically sabotaging it."
