For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. "The system was installed so that the pipes were pitched away from the sump, the pipe from the sump outside leaked back into the basement, and the exterior drain wasnt dug to grade so water backed up towards the house. When contacted about the issue, dryzone sent out a tech who confirmed every issue. The company then refused to fix anything without a second opinion. A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
