"From the first contact with Gary Locatelli Smith I knew I was in the hands of a professional with a long history of great customer service and experience in the trade. He answered my email and phone call within two days, and set up an appointment to come to my home within a week. I showed him the fabric I had purchased and wanted to use and after he gave me a quote on the cost for two sofa slipcovers I readily agreed and he started cutting and measuring the slipcovers on the spot. I provided the material so I only paid for labor. He did a wonderful job on the slipcovers, which fit to perfection. I originally wanted a certain style of slipcover, but he made other recommendations based on the material that I provided and I am so happy I agreed to it. In addition to the two slipcovers he also upholstered a bench using beautiful nail heads and reupholstered a day bed. I was satisfied with the time it took and would use him again anytime! P.S. Nine years ago I paid double for 2 sofa slipcovers using another service, which is why I didn't use them again. Locatelli Smith Interiors had my business as soon as I met Gary and he gave me the quote. He stuck to the quote and did a great job! He knows what he is doing! "This is the first time I have hired carpet cleaners so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They are probably the best value for the money you will find. Our carpets look like new. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. [Side note: this has nothing to do with the cleaners, who were great, but if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned be aware that you will either need a 240V plug (electrical stove or dryer) or you will need to connect to multiple power outlets.
