Eddie immediately ordered the material and quickly received it, picked up my chairs, reupholstered them, and delivered them back to me within a few days. He did a wonderful job! The chairs were refurbished (all loose wooden fittings reglued, all new foam cushioning), polished, and beautifully upholstered. The workmanship is outstanding! Thank you, Eddie."

"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"It went great. I was very grateful that my online inquiry was answered quite quickly even though I submitted the request on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to come clean the furniture on Tuesday. Everything looked so much better after the cleaning. We were also impressed that it took less than two hours to complete. The only slight hitch was that the cleaning started an hour later than expected. Apparently there was a piece of equipment that needed to be repaired. But I was contacted by text and told of the delay, so it wasn't a big problem."

"Gary did a wonderful job. Not only is the sofa absolutely beautiful, but he made it very easy and pleasant. He came and discussed samples, and both picked up and delivered the sofa. He even agreed to store it for a little while when we unexpectedly had to move while he was working on it, so we didn't have to worry about having it delivered right when we were moving; he just brought it to our new address (still within the same neighborhood). He is very enthusiastic about his trade and clearly has a love for fine furniture, and pride in his craft. I would definitely go to them again!
