"I you think there aren't any more gentlemen in this world, Patrick will prove you wrong. We had two big metal pieces from our roof that act as lightning rods/weather vanes that were rusted. Patrick sandblasted and primed them. They came out great! We had a miscellaneous piece of metal from a barn door that he also did. He was great to work with and very nice! I will hire him again once we have any future metal work. Great service!"

"Lou did a Great Job! The windows had not been cleaned in a year, so they were in rough shape. When Lou was done, the windows were so clear and clean it was like the glass was not even there! Last year I used a company out of Hingham. They charged me exactly TWICE as much as Window Washer Pros, with no discernible difference in the quality of the job. Lou also asked me about the job I wanted done, to clarify the service level and ensure we were on the same page. From the moment we initially reached out to him Paul was incredibly responsive, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. We had a very narrow window between our closing and move in date for our new home - this did not phase Paul and his team in the slightest. Without hesitation Paul worked around our tight schedule to make time for a quote, responded with a quote promptly, answered all of our questions professionally and quickly, and offered to tackle our painting project over the one weekend that would work for our closing and moving schedule. Through the process from our first walk through to his quote to how he kept us updated with our project while we were abroad we were very impressed with his constant attention to detail and open communication. We returned to find the work of Emerald Painting and Decorating complete and truly impeccable. Paul met us at the house to walk us through everything when we returned and we could not be more thrilled with the finished product, the service, and the relationship Paul fosters with his clients.
