"I you think there aren't any more gentlemen in this world, Patrick will prove you wrong. We had two big metal pieces from our roof that act as lightning rods/weather vanes that were rusted. Patrick sandblasted and primed them. They came out great! We had a miscellaneous piece of metal from a barn door that he also did. He was great to work with and very nice! I will hire him again once we have any future metal work. Great service!"
"Excellent service. Knowledgeable , very helpful with any questions and friendly to work with . Top quality results on various and some quite unique/tricky projects. Excellent customer experience from booking and inquiries to final result with impressive turn around time."
"Lou responded fast, was kind, provided very timely service, and most importantly, my windows look amazing! Very professional and thoughtful company! NI'll use Window Washer Pro every year!"
"We purchased a Big Deal for power washing from this company. I wrote David to schedule it and he quickly returned my call. Unfortunately it appeared that he didn't write down the date we agreed on in his calendar, as 2 weeks later I got a voice mail from him asking what deal we had purchased. After clearing up the confusion, he didn't show up on the agreed upon day (he explained this was due to a family situation) and when he did come, he seemed surprised by the size of the house and said he couldn't wash the 3rd floor. David seems like a nice guy dealing with various demands, but we would not choose to hire AD&D again. "
"I am grateful that I received a referral for Gabe's painting services. I needed to have my upstairs bedroom ceiling, a high stairway ceiling, and walls painted. Gabe's response time was quick, and he and his crew arrived on time. They were all very professional throughout the entire process. The price was affordable and fair, and to my surprise, they even painted the trim along the windows, floor and doors without charging me extra. Gabe ensured that the work was done professionally, and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be working with him again in the future."
"They were awesome. I was in loved with the service. They did it quick. They took everything. I was happy with the service. I gave him $20 tip because that's how good he was."
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.
The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.
You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.
Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.
