He also told me not to use the dryer until he fixed it, which I appreciated that he was concerned for my safety. Joe arrived at the arranged appointment time. He was very friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the gas coils. He then went out back and ensured that the dryer vent was clear. The vent is not easy to access and he had to climb under the deck to do it, but didn't complain at all. He had the job completed in 20 minutes, yet did a very thorough job. Gas smell is gone. Pricing was reasonable and he offered me a discount. Highly recommend!"
