"Kaio did and very thorough and excellent job painting the bathroom and adjacent linen closet in my 60-year-old condo. There were various layers of different paint, peeling paint, and curling paint above the tile in the shower. He dealt with and improve the look of the overpainted metal on the grate to the vent and the metal heating unit. He adjusted the enclosure of the pocket door to the linen closet so that it wouldn’t scrape the paint on the door as the door was moved back and forth. He fixed the paint on the bathroom door that was peeling up from the bottom. After each day, Kaio left the area spotless. He was accommodating of my schedule and also of the way I needed to use my bathroom daily. He was clear about each step he would be doing and took time to address many small but important details.
