Overall good. I hired them because I know just enough about electricity that it’s better to hire a pro if I’m in doubt, plus most everything I needed doing required being up on a ladder which frankly I’m too old for now. The work took about 90 minutes. When taking out the fixture in the bathroom they accidentally broke a decorative piece of glass in the fixture, not needed for functionality. I was ok with that (you can barely notice it) but disappointed they didn’t clean it up. There were shards everywhere. Perhaps they just forgot since it was the first thing they worked on. But given I then had to spend half an hour to clean it up ( it is the bathroom after all; I go in there with bare feet!) I docked them a star for that. Original estimate was 250-300 which I accepted but he wound up replacing a couple of other lightbulbs I couldn’t reach so total was $350. I’m glad it’s all done now and happy with the result. Just a bit of sticker shock for such minor work but I’m getting used to that. Aging is expensive. I liked that they communicated well up front and would definitely hire again. I have some external light work that needs to be fixed in spring 2023.

I likedJustin and his cousin very much, and they did a very good job in a very short time. But I suspect that they way overcharged me ($650 for 100 minutes). This was my fault for not letting Home Advisor advise me.

Justin came right away to fix the refrigerator. He fixed other wiring problems in the house with a positive attitude.

Justin was available on the days I requested and also helped plan a permit/inspection once the work was completed. He was also accommodating in wearing a mask while working in my house. Work was completed on the day it was scheduled and he cleaned up the work area nicely. Communication was a little challenging due to different schedules, but he texted me updates when his plans changed.

I have not had a long term to assess the quality. He was prompt in answering my request he was prompt in performing he tasks; he was pleasant, and he cleaned up after himself well. The price seemed reasonable.

Justin did a great and hard work installing outdoor power GFCI outlets for my above ground pool, including the digging of a very long trench for a very reasonable price. Thanks Justin for the excellent work. Will definitely hire him again

When the job was completed (in a very professional and satisfactory way) he cleaned up after himself. I have no complaints and only good things to say about Justin and his professionalism.
