"Love the product, BUT, consider you just spent $90,000 to finish your basement, you ask that they leave you a couple of ceiling and floor tiles in case of damage for the future, they comply. Then when you do the walk through, some of the flooring needs to be replaced. They come a few weeks later and don’t bring any product, so you show them the couple of tiles they leave, they use them to do the work. You pay them in full. Then you call the product manager and ask if you can please have a couple of floor tiles to replace the ones they used (they used them all by the way), and over the phone in a belligerent and condescending tone he says, “I don’t have to leave you anything!”. How’s that for customer service after they received their money. And I never did get any tiles, or a call, from LUX about anything."

"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
