"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "I've known Ronney for a couple of years now and he is absolutely wonderful to work with. He will project manage everything and is very flexible with the types of services he can provide. For example, I needed a second thermostat installed upstairs which required HVAC expertise, electrical wires to be run a long way and then patch and painting for the walls and he handled all of those parts for me at a reasonable price. He's also done numerous other jobs (that were less complex) for me that were great as well."
