"They called quickly to determine the problem and they set the appointment for the same day. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and instead of charging us for unneeded parts, they took care of the problem with a simple cleaning of some sensors and adjusting the thermocouple. They then took the time to explain the best way to keep the furnace running and to prevent further service calls. That is what customer service is all about."
