Lenny did a fantastic job repairing the sill and all the framing around it, installing water barriers and metal flashing, and making sure we never have this problem again. Lenny is responsive, honest, and does high quality work. He checked in with me at various steps along the way, clearly explained what work he was going to do and why, and was always conscientious of the financial cost to me. "Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."
