We toured the house and I explained what I hoped to accomplish, and they started in. I think the house was bigger than she expected, and I asked for a couple of extras if possible; the work took over an hour longer than Juliana anticipated. They did a terrific, thorough job. When finished, I asked what I owed her and she gave me the same number she had quoted.
