"Mark was very friendly, professional, responsive and finished the job a timely manner. He gave us a fair estimate and was able to accurately describe the scope of the project up front. We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan. "I was thrilled that Leo from Crystal Painting could get his painters to do the work almost right away, which was what I needed. I never met them, but my tenants said they were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"
