"I wanted a shower expanded. George Mavridis's estimate was very competitive but I hired him because I knew he was honest, quality focused and an open communicator. He has a small crew and excellent subs so he's not super fast. But Mavridis is excellent. One example: The shower needed a new fan, vented through the attic roof. The attic boards were all cut (before my time) in half when insulation was installed. The attic floor was unstable and unsafe. George was very busy but he had his team replace the boards with plywood panels...for 20% less than I expected. Why? Because he wanted to make sure I would be happy when the job was done. I could give 4-5 other examples but you get the point. If you hire George, you'll be pleased."

"Joe was punctual, transparent, proactive. He knows his stuff. He was hired the same day he provided estimate for the job, did the work the same day. He was honest and came with portfolio project. So we could see what else he could do for us. Our first job, we hired him to fix a leak that messed up the bottom of my kitchen cabinet. It was leaking badly, had a bad odor, it was just a rough job. Joe didn't lie and reassured me. that he could fix it. Without having to tear anything down unless absolutely necessary. Other companies recommended in their estimates that it was going to be a gutting job.
