"Well the contractor like most contractors seem interested to get the job until of course they got the job then their customer service changed. HomePros never pulled a permit which they said they would. 75% of all worked preformed had to be redone a second time because of the poor workmanship and finished look of the job. Here is a few of those items. Ceiling, interior wall, exterior wall, and they ordered the wrong window size as well. The owner Randall spent very little time at all on the job site and was very difficult to reach once they had been given the job. The quality and fished product did not match the work that was advertised on their website. Ultimately I signed off on the job as happy however I would never higher this company again and would greatly advise those against it. The owners son was however very professional and took extra time and effort to correct the poor finished look of the work that the supposedly experienced worker was done with. His customer service is what convinced me to sign off on the job as done and satisfied. There was nothing else they could do to make it better so it didn’t make sense to me to drag out this job. In closing I would say at very best this company is capable of handyman work but not anything close to a full remodeling contractor. Buyer Beware!!’"

You can compare him to Mike Holmes on Homes, he believes in doing it right the first time. We make sure all our subs are licensed and Insured. WE have Contracts that consist of So much of a down payment to get the job started and a materials will come out of it along with a cash advance for trip charges and initial labor fees. As we reach each stage of the job their will be a draw proportion out for materials to start and complete each stage, and at the completion the balance will be paid. For Angie's List members, either you can have $500.00 Gift Certificate at your choice of Home Goods Stores for Home Accessory's or put toward some extra work not on the Contract. For Any Jobs $20,000.00 and above. We love doing houses and we love helping you make good decisions about your homes to fix them up and we will try our best to give you beautiful jobs done with materials that are not cheap cheap or not to to expensive.
