So we could see what else he could do for us. Our first job, we hired him to fix a leak that messed up the bottom of my kitchen cabinet. It was leaking badly, had a bad odor, it was just a rough job. Joe didn't lie and reassured me. that he could fix it. Without having to tear anything down unless absolutely necessary. Other companies recommended in their estimates that it was going to be a gutting job. My own father is a handyman in another state and his assessment was that it didn't need to be broken down, it just needed to be fixed and refilled. My father agreed with Joe's assessment and Joe gave us a good price and we now have our sink back. I hired him to complete another job in the future. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."
