"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Fantastic company and experience. They communicated well, kept me informed on their eta, very friendly, worked with diligence, and did a great job. Will hire them back to clean my couch in a couch weeks. Thank you!"

"I had a couch and loveseat cleaned. They came out great! I also had him do an area rug that came out great. While he was here I asked about a dryer vent cleaning and he said he could do it while he was here! I had him clean the vent. Great prompt service! His prices were very reasonable and I will definitely use this service again! Thank you Rob!"

"Very professional and responsive service. Work was done on time- fairly priced and well done."

"The service provider did a fine enough job cleaning the ducts, I think, however, he blew one of the fuses, and never said anything about it to me. He should have at least let me know."

"You can tell Rudy takes pride in his work. He paid attention to the details and did a great job on both our carpets and sofa. The whole experience with RIVC Carpet Cleaning was easy and pleasant."

"Was happy with Sidney’s service. He was efficient and a job well done. He managed to get most of the stains out of our light colored carpet. Will definitely use Radiant Cleaning again in the future."
