"M & L did an excellent job!!! Leo advised me on what pavers would work best before we started, and I am very happy with what we chose. M&L arrived as promised, and came everyday (12+ hour days) until the job was finished. They picked up and left the site clean. Their attention to detail and meticulous work can not be overstated; they blended the new patio with an existing small patio seamlessly. They communicated the options we had and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the work."
"I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Twenty five year old brick and granite patio looks great, like new. Daydo was very polite and efficient."
"Excellent job. They are hard workers and were reliable, polite and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them. They were neat and cleaned up all debris when job was complete. I love my new patio!"
"Aurelio and his AML team were wonderful to work with. Their hard work, attention to detail and effort to accommodate all of our needs was greatly appreciated. They completed 8 projects: installed a new 18’ x 24’ patio with fire pit, replaced old steps with a beautiful new deck, replaced rotted siding with new siding, replaced garage roof, built a pergola with a swing, planted a Zen garden around the swing, built a 8’ x 60’ bocce court, built six 8’ x 4’ cedar raised garden beds and a beautiful fence to protect the garden. In addition, they did a complete yard clean up and installed mulched beds, cobble stone edging and pea stone paths. All this was accomplished in 13 days by a team of four that worked non-stop!! I wish I could publish before and after pictures because that is the only way to show the amazing transformation of our property. The quality of their carpentry was also top notch. Very highly recommended!!"

"Stone & Garden Solutions installed our sod and new patio and they did a fantastic job with both! The work done was outstanding with incredible attention to detail. Marlon and crew were great to work with and quick to respond to every question. Marlon was very knowledgeable and detailed, he was quick to provide samples, suggestions and/or ideas on how to deal with different issues our backyard had. We had such a great experience with Stone & Garden Solutions we would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this type of work."
"It took longer than anticipated due to the fact that Bob hadn't installed the Trex system before, but he was meticulous and careful, and the deck looks great and keeps the patio underneath dry so that we can enjoy it even in wet weather."
"Chris did an excellent job on he Patio install. He was prompted , communicated well, did what he said he was going to do, cleaned up yard great, brought in good quality dirt to repair lawn damage that was talked about in advance and gave as a very fair price."
"Our yard was neglected since last Fall when I was pregnant. With the new baby, the already neglected yard became worse the first half of this year. The yard needed a massive clean-up and regular maintenance afterward. As working parents, wouldn't it be nice if my husband and I can enjoy our weekends with the kid instead of doing yard work? I called Mark around noon one day and asked for an estimate and he stopped by that very same afternoon! I think the pricing was reasonable given the mess and size of our yard. I like that he did not over sell the work needed to be done, whereas another landscaper told me that he needed to ripe out this and ripe out that to make the yard look nice. I also like the fact that he did not rush into giving me an estimate on regular maintenace as he wanted to get to know my yard better first. So, this review is only about the big clean-up and a follow-up mulching. The clean-up occurred about 2 weeks after the estimate due to the busy summer season. Mark was very responsive to his email (our preferred mode of communication) during the scheduling. We were not home on the day of the clean-up. Mark gave me an update by phone and told me that he found some poison ivy in a small area of the yard which he had to work around it due to his severe reaction to the plant. He was very apologetic about it on the phone and later in his email. Other than that, the clean up went on. When I came home from work, the property looked so nice! The random growth and trash on the sidewalk was cleaned up. All the trash that was blown onto our yard, clipping, trimming from the trees and bushes were removed. Before the clean up, I did not like going out to the yard because of the untamed growth and the bugs hidding in it. Now it is so clean and pleasant, and I totally enjoy hanging out there with my baby. About a week after the clean-up, Mark came back to put mulch on the flower beds and gave the clean yard a finishing touch. We are definitely having Mark back for regular maintenance! "
Yes, it can be worth screening a porch if you live in an area with beautiful weather, since it allows you to enjoy your outdoor space longer in the spring and summer. The additional protected space may even attract more prospective buyers if you intend to sell—especially if you add seasonal features, like a ceiling fan for summer or a heater to winterize your screened porch.
By tailoring materials and colors to match architectural styles.
An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.
The least expensive way to enclose a porch is with screens. These protect the room by preventing insects from entering and, if you live in a warm climate, provide excellent airflow during hot summer months. Screens cost far less than any other alternative, so if you are against getting permits, spending too much, or enclosing your porch in walls or glass, screens are the best choice.
The average cost to screen-in your patio ranges from $2,000 to $4,000. How much you spend depends on the size of your patio, the materials used, and construction complexity. Some patio screen room kits are easy to DIY, but you may need to hire a local screened-in porch builder and obtain permits for more complex designs.
