We scheduled a date. He came on time. He had to special order due to the fan's age. A few days later he came back and did the job. He had informed me that he had to pay extra to get the fan quickly. I had a light fixture changed on a porch that needed a box installed in the ceiling, Not sure he did that because I did not hear any noise from cutting into the wood ceiling. I think he just attached the wires to the new fixture. It took him about 25 mins and he charged me $130.00. Very expensive."
