He very well explained that our two single spots of mold did not need remediation and that we could spray with vinegar. He checked our basement as well. Very thorough explanation about mold. We were very pleased, especially with his honesty in telling us we could remediate ourselves.

Matt did an excellent job. He came to my house, assessed the basement, offered to arrange for a dumpster, and removed the damaged items left by the previous occupants. He provided two quotes, one including the dumpster fee and one without. A week later, he returned and worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite, professional, and hardworking throughout the process. Thanks to his efforts, my basement no longer has a moldy smell, and there’s no sign of mold, which was our biggest concern with winter approaching. I highly recommend his services.
