He does great work, is very responsive to requests for follow-up and additional services, and has incredible customer service-- he will try to squeeze in emergencies, even when he is very busy. The only negative is to have lots of rags on hand, and nothing you do not want used as a rag, as he seems to always grab nmy best hand towels first:>~ But they have all come clean with bleach (fortunately they are white) BUT-- as I was not even at home at the time, I really cannot complain!"
