He provided a prompt, no-pressure free estimate which was more than reasonable (we had fielded a few estimates; his was the best). The day of work his crew arrived on time: all of them were friendly and respectful. They worked efficiently and the end product was better than I had hoped for (i.e. faster and with stellar pick-up).
