"Team arrived early and worked hard all day to finish up by the end of the day. Left site clean and job looks great. Rob even fixed a piece of rotting wood on the side of the house while they were there. 3 years later no issues."

"I found working with Celso to be a frustrating experience.  He was very slow to respond throughout the project, and did not even respond to a text I had sent him mid-way through the project saying that I was frustrated with his communication.  The painters were both very nice, but they did not use drop cloths for a substantial portion of the project.  They also did not use any painter's tape.  Celso did not have any oversight during this project.  When I expressed my frustration that the project was not completed on time, he stated that it was delayed due to the flooring people being there for 2.5 days when in reality the flooring contractors were there for only half a day and were only working in the bathroom and kitchen.  He also stated that they were behind schedule because the electrician came back in and made a lot of additional holes.  In reality, the electrician came and removed two old outlets that he forgot to take out thus creating two additional holes to patch.  Overall, I am not able to recommend this service.

"Pavers installed on two levels with fire pit. Installed stone wall. Replaced driveway with cobblestones and asphalt. Refinished concrete patio at end of driveway. The work done is quality work and very professionally done. Three of my neighbors who saw the work done on my property have also hired them"

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

Services include plowing, shoveling, salting, and de-icing for parking lots, walkways, and entrances.

Generally, the cost of ice dam removal is not covered by homeowners insurance because it is often considered preventable maintenance. However, the damage caused by ice dams is frequently covered. Depending on your policy, this can include interior water damage, roof collapses, and damage to shingles. Coverage for personal belongings affected by leaks may vary. It is important to check your policy details or contact your insurer to confirm what your plan covers. Keep in mind that any damage resulting from a DIY attempt to remove an ice dam will likely not be covered.

A common mistake is you can let snow melt naturally in a window well. However, snow buildup in the well can damage your window frames and walls. The melting snow also poses risks of water damage as it may leak through into the basement. It’s important to shovel snow out of your window wells before too much snow is piled in there.

That depends on the size of your snow blower and how efficiently it uses fuel. Most snow blowers will last between 1 and 2 hours on a full tank of gas. Larger blowers tend to use fuel more quickly and need refilling more often.

Keep in mind, the average snow blowing project for a home driveway takes around 30 minutes. Large driveways and yards will take around an hour. A full tank of gas should be more than enough for snow removal, although the height of the snowfall will have an effect, too.

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams, but the best thing to do is address insulation issues in your attic. If you do decide to remove the snow manually, you should always use a roof rake rather than a shovel. You shouldn’t climb your snowy roof in any circumstance, and roof rake allows you to remove the snow from the ground or a ladder. For the best results, remove snow as soon as possible after it falls.
