"Showed up promptly at 8:30am, looked at the setup explained some options that we agreed too and he went to work. He began with the dryer, removed the back and began too clean the lint that was everywhere and replaced the back. Next he removed all of the cheap flexible vent that came from Home Depot and began to replace it with solid 6 inch vent pipe taping the joints with Aluminum Tape too prevent leaking and joined the solid pipe together with a heavy duty 6 inch Flexible Aluminum pipe. Finally, he replaced the exterior plastic 3 louvered exhaust with a steel vent that when closed was air tight. Cleaned up everything packed up and on his way"

Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. Foote.  We told Mike our situation and he showed up right away to go over the details.  He had several jobs at the time, but still found the time to fit us and help us out.  He was great. The previous contractors had no idea what they were doing and left the bathroom in a horrible state ? the subway tile was installed completely crooked, the drywall had to be ripped down again, the beadboard was installed in a way that would give us major water damage, etc.  Mike walked us through all of their major mistakes to make sure that we didn?t end up with a bathroom that needed to be gutted again in a few months.  He came up with ideas on how to fix all of their poor-quality work without having to gut the entire bathroom and leave us without a shower for several more weeks.  He was proactive, asked the right questions, walked us through design options, and communicated with us very clearly on the timeline each day.  Somehow, in about 3 weeks, he was able to fix all of the previous contactor?s mistakes and we ended up with a bathroom that we absolutely love.  We are very thankful that he was able to help us out during our horrible experience.  We learned in the process that you can?t trust many contractors but Mike Foote is definitely trustworthy and I would use him again for all future projects.  He?s very easy to work with, his quality of work is great, he works hard to ensure his clients are happy with the end result, and most importantly ? he communicates very clearly about the project.  We should also note that his team was also great to work with and we even ended up using his painter to repaint our entire foyer and bedrooms ? he also did an amazing job.

"THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND TOOK A TOUR OF THE HOUSE TO CHECK LAY OUT AND COUNT THE VENTS. WE HAD MORE THEN THE DEAL ALLOWED SO THE PRICE WENT UP FROM 89.00 TO AN ADDITIONAL 230.00 DOLLARS. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT ISSUES,  THEY WERE NOT REALLY SET UP TO REACH SOME OF THE VENTS IN OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO WERE IN NEED OF A NEW BRUSH, THE ONE THEY USED WAS PRETTY WORN.
ON THE UP SIDE THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED STEADY GOING FROM ROOM TO ROOM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH TO ADD FOUR MORE VENTS AND A RETURN, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I HOPE THAT WE DON'T REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AFTER MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.
