"I was very pleased with the work done.  The worker was extremely polite and professional and able to do all the repairs I needed.  The only reason I gave a "B" on punctuality was because the man had a car issue on the service day and was therefore late arriving to my home.  This was unavoidable on his part and he was willing to stay as long as needed to complete the items on my list.
