"This was our 4th project with Bay State. They demo'd our old linear closet, refinished and painted our bedroom and installed built in wardrobe cabinets. As usual, they did an amazing job with everything. Even though it was a relatively small project, they gave it their full attention and focus, making sure everything was perfect. And the communication was great all along the way. I'm particularly grateful for Marcio, who has a great eye for design details, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. Even when we had the unexpected challenge of the cabinets not fitting through our hallway, he figured out how to have his team physically lift them (!) through our 2nd floor window. I'm still not sure how they actually did that! If that isn't going above and beyond I'm not sure what is! Also shout out to Marcus (electrician) who did a great job and gave great recommendations, as well as Andreina who was on top of communication and organization as usual. Also the painting team and floor refinishing team (Francis) were great as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Jim, Ryan, John, Jay and team were fantastic. This is the second time we have hired a Britton team. We have always been very pleased with the work from the scoping of the project to the renovation process, completion and even the final punch list. Both projects were on time and on budget. We find because of their experience, their recommendations of subtle design options and suggestions make a big difference in the end product. The project that was just completed involved multiple out-sourcing as well. All was handled smoothly and professionally. We rebuilt a garage, added a beautiful bedroom and bath above the garage, replaced the roof and gutters, remodeled two existing bathrooms, replaced many of the interior doors and replaced shutters and some siding. The only delay in the project was caused by city permitting issues. Communication was good with respect to timeline as well as when decisions were needed. I also work at home and worked through this project with their understanding and planning. They also work well with animals in the home through a project. The team has long relationships with many of the subcontractors and the immediate team are great craftsman and workers. We are very pleased with our new space, grateful to the Britton team, would call them again for a future project and highly recommend their work!"

"One word…Awesome! The whole experience was painless. I initially submitted an online request for a quote and by answering some simple questions as well as uploading a few photos of what I needed done, I was then contacted by a really kind woman in their Lexington office. She provided a quote and set me up with a handyman named Matt who was absolutely amazing to work with! Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain to me what he was doing at various stages of the projects. One project consisted of removing an ugly weather-beaten decorative piece off the face of my house. Matt not only removed the decorative piece, but took the time to clean the vinyl! The other consisted of removing and replacing cracked vinyl siding that was potentially allowing rain to get behind the vinyl. Matt took the initiative to build a water deflector that steered the water to my gutter instead. I’ll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves."
