Artsvick arrived promptly for the appointment. He patiently waited until an intermittent problem appeared, then efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem (a loose connection on a circuit board). He knows his stuff, and he is professional, fair, courteous, and honest. And he solved the problem without an expensive replacement of a major part. I am confident he would have given me good advice regardless of the problem. I would strongly recommend Belmont TV.

He was very professional and friendly. Also extremely knowledgeable in circuitry since he was engineer by training. He gave me two options: either to buy a brand new power board or he can try to replace and repair parts that were only damaged. Of course I chose option 2, and he was successful in restoring my television. He saved me money from having to buy a new power board. Thank you very much!

Just fine. This was more than a year ago, so I don't remember details. But there were no problems that I recall.

I called after 5 PM, but Art was able to come out the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, and although he needed to replace the circuit board on the LG TV, we felt complete trust in his expertise. The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

A true professional from the first call. Art showed up exactly when he said would. He explained step by step what he would be doing to diagnose and what it would take to fix the TV given 2 scenarios. Turns out he was able to fix the power control board without having to order a more expensive replacement part. He also fixed the wall mount which had been improperly set up by the TV vendor. Art was simply polite, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. A rarity in this day and age!!

Art was prompt, seemed knowledgeable, very very courteous (identified himself and asked if it was okay to come in before he did, then asked if he should take off his shoes, etc ) worked quickly, shared information with me, and explained things well. Based on this experience we would definitely use Belmont TV if we had any other problems. His level of professionalism and courtesy is not something you expect to see in today's world, so when it does it really stands out.

I called at 8:30 am and he was at my house by 10:45 and the repair was done by 11:15.

Fantastic! Art repaired the circuit board not replacing it and in doing so he saved me over $300. TV works as good as new. He is a professional and very knowledgeable-definitely knows his electronics.

While he wasn't able to provide a quick fix, he was able to suggest what the problem was. We preferred this to someone else who wanted to replace parts for an exorbitant fee still unsure if it would fix the issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and affordable. Other TV repair companies wanted to charge 3x his fee. We would definitely call him again.

Samsung 40 inch TV developed picture solarization and rolling display. Art quickly determined this was due faulty cable connections on the timing board. He was able to reestablish the connections by heating the pin assemblies on the board, thereby saving having to replace the timing board. It was a pleasure interacting with Art, learning the details of the problem and seeing him skillfully make the repair at minimum cost.

Art came and took apart the TV, talked with me about the issue and walked me through it (I'm an engineer) and it made sense to me. Said he would need to replace a board and was 75% sure it would be back up and running. He gave me a ballpark cost and then called 2 hours later once he confirmed the cost of the part - the estimate was very reasonable. He came back in a timely fashion (2 days), put in the board, and unfortunately it was in the 25% still failed category. He explained the reason for this, didn't charge me, and advised me not to repair it but to put my money into a new TV. Where do you get this kind of service anymore? I highly recommend this business for skill, responsiveness, and integrity.

Art was awesome and came to my house the same day I called. He fixed my Samsung (larger than 50 in) TV within an hour. The TV would not turn on after it had been flashing on and off for a few days before. Finally it just didn't turn on. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and said he had the parts on him to fix the board. Very simple and easy and effective!

The service person came out the day after I called. He checked the TV out and determined that this was not the usual problem. He tested a number of possible issues and it came down to one possible panel that could be replaced or the TV was shot. He informed me of the cost and I agreed to go ahead and try so he ordered the part and tried it a few days later when it came in but there was no hope so unfortunately the TV is not fixable. I was charged for the initial visit and the panel that was not able to fix the TV would be returned with no charge to me. I felt that he did a great job explaining why is was not a simple fix as hoped initially and I think he tried his best to fix it. Sometimes its just not possible.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. I had initially called on a Friday, and Mr. Gukasyan said he could send a technician on Saturday, but I didn't have the model number on me. Called again on Monday and he was able to come at 11:00am the following day. The call cost was $40, which was applied to the cost of repair. He arrived a little early, asked if he should remove his shoes, confirmed the problem, and set to work. He showed me the problem, described what he would do to fix it, and confirmed that I wanted it done. Yep, $220 instead of buying a brand new TV sounds good to me. After it was complete, he showed me the TV turned off and back on with the picture restored, then had me turn it off and back on as well, to show that the picture was still there. There is also a 60 day warranty on parts and labor. I would highly recommend Belmont TV repair over any of the store-based programs. Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced.

My FiOS remote was completely stuck. I called Verizon and they wasted a half hour on the phone, finally advising me to drive across town and gfet a new remote which I was told would be free. It was not free, and furthermore, getting it home, it didnt work either. I called Belmont TV and the man was here very quickly and set everything to rights. I have had them here before and the service was just as outstanding as it was this time. I cant recommend them highly enough.

He came in, poked around, and reset everything, and then it magically worked! He had good ideas about why it might have happened and showed me how to do it myself next time.
