Artsvick arrived promptly for the appointment. He patiently waited until an intermittent problem appeared, then efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem (a loose connection on a circuit board). He knows his stuff, and he is professional, fair, courteous, and honest. And he solved the problem without an expensive replacement of a major part. I am confident he would have given me good advice regardless of the problem. I would strongly recommend Belmont TV.

Arrived when promised and television fixed the same day.

He was very professional and friendly. Also extremely knowledgeable in circuitry since he was engineer by training. He gave me two options: either to buy a brand new power board or he can try to replace and repair parts that were only damaged. Of course I chose option 2, and he was successful in restoring my television. He saved me money from having to buy a new power board. Thank you very much!

Just fine. This was more than a year ago, so I don't remember details. But there were no problems that I recall.

I called after 5 PM, but Art was able to come out the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, and although he needed to replace the circuit board on the LG TV, we felt complete trust in his expertise. The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

A true professional from the first call.   Art showed up exactly when he said would.  He explained step by step what he would be doing to diagnose and what it would take to fix the TV given 2 scenarios.  Turns out he was able to fix the power control board without having to order a more expensive replacement part.  He also fixed the wall mount which had been improperly set up by the TV vendor.
Art was simply polite, professional, knowledgeable and affordable.  A rarity in this day and age!!

Art was prompt, seemed knowledgeable, very very courteous (identified himself and asked if it was okay to come in before he did, then asked if he should take off his shoes, etc ) worked quickly, shared information with me, and explained things well.
Based on this experience we would definitely use Belmont TV if we had any other problems. His level of professionalism and courtesy is not something you expect to see in today's world, so when it does it really stands out.

Fantastic! Art repaired the circuit board not replacing it and in doing so he saved me over $300.  TV works as good as new.  He is a professional and very knowledgeable-definitely knows his electronics.

While he wasn't able to provide a quick fix, he was able to suggest what the problem was. We preferred this to someone else who wanted to replace parts for an exorbitant fee still unsure if it would fix the issue.

Samsung 40 inch TV developed picture solarization and rolling display. Art quickly determined this was due faulty cable connections on the timing board. He was able to reestablish the connections by heating the pin assemblies on the board, thereby saving having to replace the timing board.
It was a pleasure interacting with Art, learning the details of the problem and seeing him skillfully make the repair at minimum cost.
