They never tried to “up sell” us, and truly listened to what we wanted to get from an additional bedroom. The team was in constant communication with us in regards to time and days they would be working, and if there was ever a day they would not be on site, we knew ahead of time. We were even set back a few days due to rain, and the team came on the weekend to make up time. Throughout the process they were honest about cost, and additional things that were going to have to increase our original price.
