"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Khaled and his crew built a large 2-story garage for us and it came out wonderful. Khaled managed multiple sub-contractors, engineers, and the town's building department. The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. I would recommend Abalia Construction and will use them again in the future."

"These guys are honest, reliable and incredibly hard working! They have cleaned up a large yard and have kept it looking so nice; they also built and planted a new flower bed. Additionally, they put down landscaping fabric, mulched and anchored it so it solved a huge problem in our yard. Aurelioâ s crew also redid a garden at a rental property and did a mass clean out of the basement and garage. Finally, they repaired a Japanese arbor that was smashed in a wind storm. Next I am having them build a water feature! Highly recommend AMLâ we are so happy that we found them!"

"Junior did an excellent job! We hired him to patch some holes in drywall, close off and finish a closet (which included drywall, spackle work, building shelves and installing a bar). He also repaired some siding on the exterior of our home that was damaged in a recent storm. His work was exceptional and he was very efficient! "Berty did a fantastic job!  Very knowledgeable, he advised us as to the best options for our project in our budget  and we are glad we listened to him.   Very professional!  He arrived on time, completed the project on time as promised.  Was understanding when we needed to change the date and was able to work around our schedule. Very neat, the kitchen was left clean, did a good job sealing off the room so other rooms would not be affected  by dust. Pleasant to work with and a reasonable price for the quality of work. We will never go to another plasterer for our future renovation needs. The walls and ceiling look amazing!   We had another contractor come in to look at another project and the first thing he said when he saw Berty's work was "Well you got someone who knew what they were doing!"  My husband said he wishes he were around to see how he did it, the walls and ceiling were so uneven to start and when he was done everything was so even. "We wanted to build on top of an existing garage, but extend out beyond the original building so as to accommodate two large rooms (a bedroom and a playroom), a bathroom and a balcony above and an outdoor dining-room below.. Turn Key Construction did an amazing job as you can see in the photographs. The entire team were courteous and friendly, and patient of the many changes I made as the build was progressing. They made the process enjoyable, and I really don't believe the work they did could be improved upon. We could not be happier with the results."
