"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"Bill Perry and his team were great to work with! The main contractor on the job (Dan R) was extremely helpful and communicative. He responded quickly to messages, reached out when he had questions, and helped me coordinate with other contractors (plumber, electrician, countertops) that needed to visit the house during the day, which allowed me to stay at work and not have to run home every time somebody needed to get access to the house. Perry Brothers had contacts and contractors for any job that needed doing, and I used some of their contacts as well as sending some contractors I found independently in to work with them as well. They were very accomodating and helpful. The project started very quickly, but due to the growing list of things that needed attention during the renovation, it ended up running longer than expected and over budget. I do not blame Perry Brothers for this, as I have found just about everything associated with a house ends up costing more and taking longer than expected! Their prices seem competitive and the workmanship is very good. I have lived in the house for about 2.5 months since the work was completed, and while I can nitpick and find some (small) things that aren't 100% perfect, it is not something anyone else would notice... just my wife and I (as the owners) see every small detail. Overall the work is excellent and I would have no problem recommending Perry Brothers to anyone that needs work done!"
