"I can't speak highly enough about this company. When I called to arrange an on site visit for an estimate, they showed up on time and listened to everything I had to say about the job. I was given a written quote on the spot (something I rarely see from contractors), so I offered them the job. To my surprise, he said he could get started the very next day (a Saturday) and that they would be able to finish the following Monday when the deck had dried off. They arrived to start the job when they said they would, and got to work right away. I was concerned I would need to move the stuff we have on the decks, but they told me they could simply move them to the side and then move them back when they were done. They did exactly that, and everything was put back to its original position when they were finished. They were power washing all day, and were very thorough. When they came back two days later, they again went to work right away rebuilding the stairs and water sealing the deck. The stairs look great! They even added a step so the bottom step could sit more securely on the concrete (it had been resting on a cinder block before being rebuilt). They advised to wait 1-2 days for the water sealer to dry before using the decks, we paid them, and they did a great job cleaning up when they left. I wish all contractors we hired were as efficient and straightforward as the people working at Melvin Power Wash. I will absolutely call on them again when my decks need maintenance, or if my house needs a wash."

"The two men from Square Services arrived on time and immediately began working. They were very professional and skilled at the care they took to clean my older roof. They were successful with removing all the green mold and grime that had collected on the roof. They were very neat and removed the roof dirt that dripped on the siding and windows. They worked as a team very diligently and made sure I was pleased with the work. One shingle above the front door was showing wear and they happily replaced with a new shingle that I supplied. "Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"
