He showed up on time, asked what was needed to be done, assessed the work and was honest about what to expect with the train towel rack which needed to be installed against a stone wall in the bathroom.  He stated he would try to attempt this if he thought he could do so without exposing holes on the stones. We discussed where I wanted the knobs attached, the hooks and towel rack installed. Then he went to work. He did a great job. The installation was precise and balanced. The work was clean. He cleaned up after himself. He was professional and efficient with a sense of humor!"

"Job was completed 2 days after the initial deposit. Communication was never a problem. There was an issue with the tech. misunderstanding my expectation, but it was resolved quickly. If hiring this company yourself, I would ask the tech. to show you his drawing, so that both of you are in the same page. The crew was excellent, they would tell you if they were facing an issue, (for example a large boulder along the fence line), and offer possible solutions to proceed with the work upon approval. The price included 3 to 4 workers, removal/disposal of the old fencing. Most estimates received from other companies charged the same price just for the installation and a separate charge for the removal/disposal. The price was in the range of the home advisor average price for my area and number of panels. The quality of the vinyl fencing was superior to the fencing found at local home improvement centers and only offered to contractors. I have several properties and will rehire this company to do upcoming projects."

"Matt and his crew were extremely professional. Prior to building the actual room, they were very upfront about our options within our price range. They never tried to “up sell” us, and truly listened to what we wanted to get from an additional bedroom. The team was in constant communication with us in regards to time and days they would be working, and if there was ever a day they would not be on site, we knew ahead of time. We were even set back a few days due to rain, and the team came on the weekend to make up time. Throughout the process they were honest about cost, and additional things that were going to have to increase our original price. When the room was completed, originally for our teenage son, we loved it so much we moved in for ourselves! Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We love our new room!"
