"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."

Jean was so alarmed that this was an extreme fire hazard and against building code that he called his manager and asked if he could drill the hole and install my laundry vent line for me. "Al came out to my house to clean the chimney. He was very nice and was easy to work with. He showed me the brush they used to clean the house chimney. He knew exactly what to do and went over the whole process with me. He is an asset to your company. I would recommend him to any of my friends that needed to get their chimneys cleaned. "This company company was SO amazing to work with. When I first asked for a quote to clean my patio, a representative of the company, named Carmen, had me send pictures of the space and gave me a formal quote. Carmen was always attentive to every question I had about the process to clean my patio and always gave me a straight answer. Wandel, the cleaner, was on time for the job and power washed the fence, windows, cement patio and did yard/waste removal. Handel even came back for a second day to continue to thoroughly clean that patio upon request. The patio space looks beautiful now. I highly recommend using Square Services!"
