He was professional, communicative and an all-around nice guy to boot. His estimate was right on the nose and we are happily enjoying dry clothing again. "After paying Vince $925 we still have the same refrigerator issues. He replaced two fans and the ice maker. We still have the random shrill noise from the refrigerator which the replacement fans was supposed to fix. Vince installed the new ice maker and it never worked. As of today he has not responded to the BBB or the MA Attorney General's office and he has not offered any refund, even for the "new" parts that never worked, and he did not keep the last appoinment we made with him."
