great., as expected. he's done work for me before. i was surprised though at the charge for a 15 minute job. i guess it's an hourly rate.

Repair technician assessed the problem and provided an estimate for the repair. As new parts were no longer available, he quoted the repair using used parts available on ebay. I decided to to spend the money on a 30 year old stove and paid just for the service call.

Griff was extremely friendly, personable and professional. he figured out what as wrong right away and left with my problem fixed as quick as that.

Griff arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). I explained the problem; he opened the freezer door (it was a side by side) and he knew immediately what was causing the problem. He pointed it out, explained how to avoid it in the future, made a minor adjustment but told me to keep an eye on it in the future. As well, he checked my ice-maker while he was here. He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and reasonably priced. He will be my go-to guy for future appliance repairs. One other thing of note: I called a few others before finding Adesso, and none of them fixed GE frigs. Another big plus for Adesso.

Great. First they came out and looked at the machine and provided an estimate. Then they came back with parts and did the job. It took a little less than an hour and the machine has been working beautifully ever since. They were very professional and friendly through the entire process. Even though they came out twice, I did find the price a little high for less than an hour of work, but I've never had a washing machine repaired, so the price could have been fairer than I thought.

It went great, Griff was here in a timely manner both arriving on time and finishing the job quickly. It was a great experience.

Griff arrived promptly and determined that the problem with my dishwasher was a bad touchpad (? - the thing where you press the buttons for the various dishwasher settings) that would need to be replaced. He had to order the part, and on the day he came back he called to let me know he'd be running a few minutes late. I mentioned that the dishwasher also wasn't cleaning dishes very well, so he took apart the bottom of dishwasher and cleaned that out, and he also spent quite a bit of time cleaning the inside of the dishwasher, while offering lots of advice on how to keep the dishwasher running well. I have used Griff in the past and he's always been very prompt, professional, polite, and helpful. He's definitely my go-to person for appliance repairs.

Adesso Appliance Repair explained the whole thing, the price is fabulous, he is a wealth of knowledge, and a resource for people who want to recycle and reuse appliances. He also rebuilds old washer, dryers, and appliances so you can buy appliances from him that he's retrofitted and fixed.

Griff arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with in minutes of his arrival, fixed the problem and left with in 30 minutes. Cleaned up and explained the problem in detail. Griff is very pleasent and I would highly recommend him.

i would NOT call adesso again. buy new and get an extended warranty

I was having a problem with icing up in my refrigerator. Griff pulled out the refrigerator (giving me plenty of time to clean behind and under) and took out the clogged drain. He cleared the clog, cleaning all the iced parts, put back the fridge and turned it back on. He was polite and friendly and explained everything about my appliance, including a frozen green bean that had caused the problem.

Very good experience. Polite, arrived on time and explained the repair options.

The appointment that I made with Griff was for a day when we were going to get a huge snowstorm. I told him to feel free to reschedule if the weather was bad, because the repair wasn't urgent, but he came that day anyway. He called a couple hours before the appointment to tell me that he was running late, and he let me know what time he would be here. He ended up having to order a couple parts, so we made an appointment for him to install the parts a few days later. He came back and had the parts in stalled in about 10 minutes. He knows what he's doing and he doesn't kill time. By the way, I used him one time previously, before I was an Angie's List member, so I never submitted a report. At that time, I needed a new garbage disposal, and we decided that I would pick up the part and then call Griff to come back and install it. He told me exactly what I should look for and, more important, exactly how much I should pay. The first store that I went to had the size I needed, but the price was much higher than the price Griff had mentioned. At a second store, I found what I needed, at exactly the price Griff had told me. Had he not told me what I should expect to pay, I would have overpaid for the part at the first store, because what do I know about garbage disposals? That totally endeared him to me. :-)
