I specialize in structural repairs including Field Stone Foundation - Sill Replacements, Lally Columns, Footings, Beam Replacements - Antiques Bought - that are being listed to be sold. I am fully licensed and insured. Services do not include crack or foundation repair.
"Rene is the best! We reached out to Rene about structural issues on our old home. He responded promptly and scheduled a visit within a few days. He knew just what to do to address some sagging floors and areas of the house that weren't correctly supported. He did all the work himself (he sometimes has his son work with him). I have no idea how he was able to complete all the work on his own, especially pouring new concrete footings in a very small crawl space! He is a machine!!! He is meticulous in his work and really goes above and beyond. He left our basement cleaner than when he started!!! He’s a super nice man and it was a pleasure having him work on our house."

"Most awful company. They installed a new flat roof that that had a small leak where an adjacent sloped roof leaked. Millstream claimed only a new flat roof would resolve issue. The old flat roof had no leaks. The Millstream new flat roof has been leaking consistently since completion. They failed to properly supervise employees and refuse to make repairs. They blame the world but bury their heads to reality. The aesthetics of the job resembles something the 3 Stooges would have done. A mere sampling of photos attached. COMPANY IS TOXIC-STAY AWAY."

It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"

I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote. Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job. I'm also one of only a handful of registered professionals with Trex Decking. This means if I build your deck Trex itself backs my work with a 25 year warranty. You can see more information about this at Trex.com. I'm also licensed in CT and MA. My business is proud to hold an unrestricted license in MA. It is the highest license one can earn in this trade. This license puts me ahead of most builders in CT. That is because in CT there is not a test or any requirements to get a contractors license. It is as simple as sending the state a fee of $220.00 and they send you a license, allowing just about anyone at all to be a contractor in CT. In MA they require at least 3 years of on the job experience and a 5 hour test. I'm also licensed and fully insured and refuse to every let a client of mine be anything other then 100 percent thrilled with the work. I love what I do and it shows in my work.

The deck completely covers old concrete steps and makes entrance into our home much easier. Keith used Trex material for the deck, which is maintenance free; he negotiated a good deal with the supplier for the color which closely matched our other deck. He suggested a local electrician for us to consult about lights along the stairs. Keith communicated with us in a timely basis and we always knew his schedule. We would not hesitate to hire Keith again for another project."
