"Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. He worked later that normal working hours to make sure my problems were taken care of. I cetainly appreciated his efforts and that he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did not have to extend his day to the extent he did, but rather than re-schedule me, he completed my job as promised."

It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. "The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"Anderson replaced a set of stairs had gotten hit by a plow blade a two years ago. Set he replaced were precast abd hollow. He did a fantastic job with the new ones, NO precast or hollow. I have solid stairs!!!!! The job was completed fast, Anderson and his assistant were awesome!! They explained to me, were courteous snd respectful they paid to detail!
