I did pay it because I wanted to expedite solving the problem for the tenants, but I now regret as their dishwasher is not working and I suspect the plumber failed to reconnect everything probably."

"We contacted Pro Comfort Control to bid on the installation of a ductless mini-split in our sunroom. With many companies the person who shows up is essentially a salesperson and isn't as knowledgeable about the systems and the intricates of installing them...not so with Ryan. He was able to answer every question and explain why he was answering in a specific way related to the individual peculiarities of our house. The quote was very competitive and they use great equipment and materials. The Office Manager Alex was easy to work with in regards to scheduling and any additional questions. Installation was great and as an added bonus they smelled gas in the crawlspace while installing the lines and quickly replaced a corroded propane line for our hot water heater. You will not find a better partner for all your home cooling and heating needs."

"Vast technical knowledge, skill, and excellent customer service are a rare combination in the trades. You'll find that combination with Curtis. I needed a plumber to help with a 2 new bathroom addition project. The plumbing was the most critical part of the project, dictating the location and layout of the bathrooms. I interviewed a large number of plumbers. Some had a rough idea of what they would do, others said they would "figure it out on the job", and Curtis sent me detailed drawings and diagrams. That gave me peace of mind from the beginning of the project and allowed me to layout the bathrooms in the most efficient design. I chose Curtis because he was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, he offered me the right price for the project, and I could tell he would be easy to work with. I couldn't have been more satisfied. He installed new plumbing to the 2nd floor and a tub with shower head, toilet, and vanity in each bathroom. He also installed plumbing and a washer hookup in a new location and an ice line for the ice maker in the freezer. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and offered sage advice throughout the project.
