"This company is OUTSTANDING! We had damage to the windows in the house we just bought and contacted Jeff to come out and do and estimate. His team responded immeadiately and came out the following day. Paul could not have been nicer, more professional or helpful. He look at the damaged window and was able to ascertain who installed them through a code on the window. Note, none of the other window companies pointed this out. He said that the windows are probably under warranty but if we could not get ahold of the installer we should just replace the glass through a glass company as the windows have another 5 years of shelf life. He said we did not need 16 new windows. I had 3 other quotes and all of them said we needed new windows. It is nice in this day and age to find a company that does the right thing and put integrity and good buisiness before a sale. I would never go to anyone else in the future and recommend them to every one I know."

"Great job by the Bay State team on remodeling our bathroom! From Sabrina helping us with the initial design, Andreina and Carla running operations, and Marcio, Darly, Paulo, David and the crew doing a stellar job taking the old bathroom apart and putting it back together. My one regret has nothing to do with Bay State - it's not ordering all of our fixtures first and having them in hand before actually starting the project. Had we done that we would have avoided some painful delays caused by supply chain/shipping issues. Lesson learned!"

"I brought my 2009 Toyota Camry to Tint King. They tinted all four doors and the back window. I chose their better quality product as I plan to have this car along time. The job took about and hour and a half. I waited onsite. It looks great. Real nice job. However the inside of my trunk was soaking wet after the job. Not sure how that happened but  I wish they would have cleaned up after themselves. I kinda wish that I had chosen a darker tint for the back doors and window but it is hard to tell how it is going to look until its done. I am happy with the job. It has been 3 months and no problems. The car looks great. If you go there they are around the back of the building at a garage bay not in the office part of the building.

"Over all it went quite well, they basically did three separate jobs that are listed in the title. Our house is in a Historic District in Salem, MA any exterior work must be submitted for approval to the Historic Commission, Brendan Murray took care of handling the submissions and all the paper work involved. They set up scaffolding and took down 12 feet of chimney to the roof line. when they did this they discovered the roof sheathing around the chimney was bad and they brought someone in to repair it.  They then enclosed the scaffolding around the chimney so they could heat the work space and keep the temperature warm enough for the mortar to cure properly during the rebuilding process. The new bricks they used matched the color and look of the bricks they took down. They also tinted the mortar to match that of the other chimneys. The chimney now stands straight and is no longer in danger of falling over. The cost of this project was $10,200.00. We also had them re-flash another chimney where it had separated from the bricks. Before they could get to this they wrapped the old flashing in plastic to keep water from seeping in. This cost $1100.00.
The last project they did was put in a brick paver driveway. They also installed two long drain grates and an underground catch basin, this was to prevent water from collecting in the garage due to the pitch of the driveway. They excavated down 12" and removed all the existing gravel, they also removed a concrete apron that was in front of the garage. They dug a large hole to place the catch basin in and cemented it in place. They used a gravel layer and a sand layer as the base for the driveway and a granite paver boarder. They then laid the brick pavers which were chosen to closely match an existing adjacent paver sidewalk. In the corners they mitered the brick for a nice finished look. The last thing they did was cement some large granite blocks together to form a small run of retaining wall to hold back some ground in a low area. The total cost of this was $6650.00 + some extras as we changed the size and layout of the plan as it was in progress. I highly recommend them and plan on working with them again in the future.

"This is a follow-up report for work that was completed in the Spring of 2014.  We hired Raneiri Construction to refinish our 34 year old pool deck.  This was a peach colored concrete Kool Deck that had begun to show signs of deterioration.  Louie was very meticulous in his preparation of the deck and the application of the two coats of gray finish that he had recommended.  We were very happy with the end result as the deck now looks brand new.  The new finish has not minimized the cooling that was always a benefit of the Kool Deck since no one has been able to tell any cooling difference between before and after the application.  Louie could not guarantee that the deck would still be cool after application, so we were surprised and pleased at the results.  Louie explained every step that he would be taking, and what our responsibilities were for the success of the job.  A small section of  pavers was also installed as part of the job, along with the removal of the diving board bolts from the deck.
We now have the benefit of having gone through the bad Winter of 2014/2015, plus another pool season, and we have not seen any failure of the finish.  The color of the finish looks as good as when it was first applied.  Louie came by late in the Summer of 2015 to visit with us and to see if we were still pleased with the work he had done.  This had never happened to me previously as a homeowner where someone who had done work for us came by more than a year later to check on things.  Louie and his crew aim to please and are very honest.  We recommend them highly.
