"We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. "I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
