Ken did everything possible to ensure the success of the installation. He checked for the dimension of our old model, our storage space, and the pan underneath the water heater. On the day of installation Ken went to at least three stores to purchase a brand new water heater that is free of damages. Our water heater is in a utility room with a stacked washer dryer blocking the entrance. Ken disconnected and moved the washer dryer and reconnected it after the service.
