He went about protecting the range top immediately below the microwave, removed the current microwave, made sure the mounting screws for the new unit were centered on the studs and did his thing. In roughly 2 hours, the old unit was removed and the new one installed. He even adjusted (centered) the new unit to my liking - not an easy task in a kitchen in which NOTHING is square. "When we finished our basement several years ago, we had small rooms (basically closets) built to enclose the two oil tanks for our heating systems.  Earlier this month, we finally converted to gas heat.  Now, in order to have the oil tanks removed, we had to get the rooms taken down to give access to the tanks. Alex provided an estimate on Friday which I accepted.  He told us that he could get a crew in on Tuesday. The crew arrived and quickly took down the walls.  They put up plastic barriers to isolate the dust to as small an area as possible. They then proceeded to cleanup the basement -- sweeping, vacuuming, and finally using a wet mop.  The crew also wiped down the washer and dryer and all the shelving to eliminate as much dust as possible.  (They even wiped down the tanks not that they're going to be here much longer.) They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived! I've already asked Alex for an estimate to build new walls where the tanks used to be as well as tiling the floor where one tank used to be as that room was surrounded with tile."

"They gave me an estimate in a lined item work scope within 24 hours after contact.   Impressive details were listed with options to choose from. At first I  thought it was a little more than I wanted to spend.  I got three other estimates after . One higher, two lower.  They included the moving of furniture and placing it back. They hung mirrors and pictures  Their floor guy was amazing in and out on a weekend. We stayed in a hotel during that process.  There were drop cloths everywhere. They even wore booties. "First of all, Ryan contacted me through Angies list to determine exactly what service I needed and if I needed any other accessories such as universal remote, in wall power kit. 
We made a consensual appointment through Angies List. 
Ryan arrived with his colleague and were very punctual which is very important to a busy woman as myself. Both were very professional and proficient. I think the whole installment took about an hour. They were both very polite and respectful.
My living room looks so much cleaner and organized without those ugly wires. The tv is more stable. I dont have to worry about my kids knocking it over with their toys. 
 Before Ryan arrived,  Being a female with no technical knowledge, I was worried that I was going to be badgered into purchasing other services or equipment that I didnt really want. Ryan and his colleague were very respectful and neither tried to manipulate or talk me into buying something I didnt want.  I needed to buy another HDMI cable and Ryan  even told me not to let the salesman talk me into buying an expensive HDMI cable because they all work the same.  He plans on running another HDMI cable through the wall for me with no service charge.
So to me, his service is very impressive. He has true dedication to deliver the best possible service.
