The one-time deep cleaning service was awesome. Full team of four people arrived on time, got right down to business. Very professional. Every nook and cranny, inside cabinets, walls, everything was scrubbed clean. Surprised how much, and how well, everything was completed in only a few hours. We were so pleased, we hired Green Cleaning to come back each month for a typical housecleaning. Mostly happy with the service, but working a bit on expectations. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was horrible. The amount of money that I spent was outrageous compared to the quality of work that was done. After the owner of the company was 2.5 hours late, she came alone and most likely tired from the last job she did. After she left, I went into the house and these were the items that were not done (which she said would be specifically cleaned): stairway was dusty, top of fridge was filthy, ceiling fan, cabinets were filthy inside and out, fireplace was untouched, broom closet was filthy, bedroom closets were not dusted or cleaned, walls were dirty, light fixtures were dusty, window sills were dirty, and behind the radiator was not cleaned. I texted the owner right away and asked her to come back the next day to finish the job, which she did and again was late. Even though she came back the next day, things were still not 100% completed. I would NEVER use this company again and I would highly recommend that no one else use this company if they are looking for a thorough job. If I can do a better job than Green Cleaning, then why would I pay $286 for someone else to come and clean my home. I wish I could get my money back, but at this point I am just frustrated with the whole experience. I will be telling my friends and family to NEVER use this company. I feel as though I was robbed!

"I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with the cleaning. I re arraigned my schedule to meet your needs but unfortunately I had two girls out due to an illness and family emergency. I am a small company. I should have cancelled because I did not have the staff but I wanted to be there to help you with your move out clean and did not want to cancel at the last minute. I came the next day to take care of items which were missed and I had your husband walk through to make sure things were completed correctly. The first day I also did some extra things - the inside of the oven and cleaned the carpet in the bedroom on hands and knees to remove the feline odor so you would not have to hire someone to clean the carpet. I felt I was going above because I knew you were panicked about the condition of the house and did the extras to help you. I guess I should have only completed what was on the list. The items which were missed I felt bad about and as I stated I should have cancelled instead of coming when I had worked a full day. I am very sorry for your disappointment. Please understand this is not the quality of my work or my staffs. We work hard to meet our customers standards. Thank you for the opportunity"

I rated this company when I first hired them. However when the owner cleaned with someone and when others cleaned were vastly different. Seems to be a help problem. Even though I have an artificial shoulder & arm & am 4'11 except for the first time, they refused to clean my microwave, which involved wiping off a circle of glass from boiled over chicken broth. Likewise on toaster ovens. They won't touch window sills, even knee high ones, where my cats sit, light switches or around door handles on my white doors that gather finger prints. The DON"T DO WINDOWS, or Bathroom MIRRORS. My floors which are tiger wood never looked right. Always streaky. Then I found out they were using hot water instead of the product I put out for them. I did get a final complimentary cleaning, BUT still the list of NO's Remained. In 20 years of maids, in three states, this has never happened before.
