They were a team of 3, who ensured the job got done efficiently and well. Professional, courteous and personable! I was very pleased with how they entered my home, treated my home and me while in it and when they left they even brushed up the very last of any dirt they might have brought in. I cannot rave enough about how great the experience was because I was able to work downstairs and stay out of their way but they definitely went above and beyond in my opinion! I didn't know the front door would get a package of weather stripping too. So while that was nice, the guy in charge of the team of 3 not only removed the old to install the new, the front door closes properly now! I cannot thank you enough for this small act of kindness (even if it was fixed with the new trim) because I had been so worried about my kitties getting out one day because the latch would not catch to keep the door closed. Also, the senior member leading the team demonstrated his years of experience and knowledge and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company as a partner for Mass Save and I would personally pay them for any future work needed if not covered by Mass Save."

The crew on-site worked a long day and showed outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism on all aspects of the project. I also had Mike and crew install a new front deck for me. "This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler."

Not only did they do what was in the original contract, but they also added insulation to our garage ceiling AND to an open wall that was being worked on for an unrelated home reno project! They did 3 days of work in 1 day & stayed late to vacuum and clean up. They were very professional, extremely efficient, and I love that it's a family operated company. Ivan, their office resource who helped book the appointment, was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We highly recommend using this company for any insulation needs."
