Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our design requests and of our vision for this home, while providing his expertise in all phases of construction from site work, foundation, framing, siding and roofing, stairs, and all interior finished work – including installing wood molding trim, doors, closets shelves, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, all of which he does himself. Jeff hired and coordinated reputable subcontractors required to complete the project on schedule, and met all of his commitments regarding price, quality of materials, and high standard of professionalism and quality construction. Jeff was responsive over the 6-month schedule, keeping us informed of the overall progress, including subcontractor and weather delays, local permitting challenges, and coordination of several building inspections – all of which passed the first time attesting to the quality of Jeff’s work. "We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"We had this company build a new master-suite in our home. That included floor plan changes, tiling the bath, installing a new shower, a jetted tub and a new toilet. Only 3 months after many things fall apart. A glass shelf almost fell in the tub when my wife was in it. It almost injured her. Towel racks came of the walls leaving giant holes behind. The brand new tub stoped draining. I brought in a licensed plumber to fix that and he told me he never saw "such a sh*tshow". And conveniently Mike told me in the middle of he project that his company declared bankruptcy, so no point suing him."
