After having a cancellation with another service provider earlier in the week, we contacted Mario and he came out next day to assess and quote the room. "I contacted various contractors on Angie's List and Home Advisor to have my water damaged bathroom ceiling replaced. Most were too busy or didn't even respond. I almost gave up until I contacted Steve and got an immediate response. Steve came quickly with his partner and looked at the job. He explained to me that he was finishing up with another job and then could start. He followed up sending me a written estimate along with a copy of his insurance (I didn't ask for it- I've never had a contractor volunteer his insurance info before). He placed drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom, cardboard on the tile floor, plastic on the bathroom walls and door to keep dust out. He finished each day by vacuuming the bathroom and the area of the rug he had walked on. Do not hesitate to hire Steve.
